Welcome to Toad Hill!
We are a privately owned 45 acre landholding in the White Mountain National Forest in Chatham, NH. Toad Hill offers off-grid luxury camping accommodations close to hiking, elevated mountain fishing ponds, Langdon Brookâs waterfall, and skiing, snowmobiling, or snowshoeing trails.
Our property is home to abundant wildlife and boasts access to multiple hiking and biking trails, alpine ponds, cross country and backcountry ski trails, a snowmobiling corridor, a waterfall, and a beautiful view!

We are located about 20 minutes northwest of Fryeburg, Maine, home to the best beer this side of the Kancamagus, Saco Rover Brewery, and exceptional food at The Oxford House. There is a small natural foods market, Spice and Grain, a coffee shop, a smokehouse, and abundant fly fishing and road biking with views in the area.
Come enjoy this secluded retreat in nature with a yurt or tipi stay, or housed in an old ambulance trailer, a hippie bus, a wall tent on a deck in the woods, or just camp. Enjoy what this peaceful place has to offer!
